Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Help When You Need It

BWH℠ Hotels (BWH) offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Health Advocate. You have access to information and resources that help you and your family identify and resolve problems affecting emotional and physical health.

How the EAP Works

There’s no need to enroll in the EAP — you and your eligible family members – your spouse, dependent children, parents and parents-in-law – are automatically covered. Best Western pays the entire cost of EAP services provided, and you are not required to meet any deductible or make other payments for services provided by an EAP counselor. However, your counselor may refer you to a professional, who may charge you a fee for their services.
