Noom
Noom is offered free of charge to all North American team members. Noom is a program that uses psychology-based programs to help people make changes to their eating and lifestyle habits. Noom is designed to change how you think about food and approach eating, not just tell you what to eat and when. Noom is delivered on an easy-to-use mobile application and will include:
- A personal health coach
- A supportive group of peers
- Educational articles and interactive challenges about healthy living
- An extensive food database to track your nutrition and make healthy choices
At your fingertips, you’ll have the support, motivation, and guidance you need to make small changes every day to build healthy habits and reach your health goals.
How to Get Started:
- Each team member will receive a Noom welcome email with instructions on how to create your account and profile. Alternatively, go to go.noom.com/bestwestern to create your account. Note: You will need to provide your employee ID number which can be found in Workday by clicking on your profile picture in the upper right corner of your Workday landing page, clicking on “View Profile”, then click on “Job” on the left-hand menu. Your employee ID is at the top of the page.
- Once you have created your Noom account, you will receive a confirmation text message to download the Noom app and sign into your account.
- Click on the text message to navigate to the app store, download the Noom app, and login with your username and password.

Noom accounts, as part of the company’s wellness program, may only be established in the team member’s name. Family members may set up an individual account directly with Noom at an additional (personal) cost.
